Course Overview
The Certificate in Pastry and Barista is designed to equip learners with practical skills in baking, dessert preparation, coffee brewing, and beverage service. Students are trained in both traditional and modern techniques to meet the standards of cafes, bakeries, and hospitality establishments.
Duration
It’s a 6-month in-class program (2 semesters). Practical training is conducted in fully equipped pastry and barista labs, with exposure to real café environments.
